This is so much fun! I love the sequence of the pictures…the great adventure.
Next up: How to tango with a turtle.
I loved it!…:)
Thanks, Loretta. And thanks for visiting the blog!
So Bella is having a lot of fun, but if the CLAP (Crab Lovers And Protectors) gets a hold of you, Al, you’re gonna get pretty darned uncomfortable.
Bring ’em on. They’ll find I can be just as crabby as them.
Not you, Al. You’re a sweetheart, no matter what you say about you.
Have I told you lately how much I love you? (Phil isn’t listening is he?)
Aw, No you haven’t. At least not this week! And Phil is too busy on his new Masters program to pay attention to what I’m doing or what you’re saying. This is strictly between you and me, Big Fella!
And 440,000 other bloggers.
Oh well…
These are adorable! And the crab is amazing.
Thanks, Tilly. This is pretty much a nightly ritual.
Patty got great shots and you got to show off your square-dance calling abilities. Bella sure is growing! Great crab captures, too.
I can’t believe Bella didn’t get her nose pinched by the crab, especially while posing for the penultimate photo! Brilliant photography again Patty, this blog is becoming a bit of a Hood duet 🙂
Considering nearly half of my blogs are about her in some way, I’d say you are right, Barbara!
Patty is like my Wilson 🙂
I’d read of lobsters performing quadrilles – in some great work of fiction, I forget. (Alice in Wonderland, was it?)
Now crabs with spaniels – well!
Well, I took a little literary license,as an author like yourself must well know. Thanks for visiting, Harry.
Great Patty, I loved this. x
She is responsible for many ideas for my blogs as you can probably already tell.
Ha ha ha! Those are fabulous. Were any noses pinched in the making of this dance video?
That all depends. If you’re an undercover operative for PETA, then no.
Excellent photographs. I’ve danced with some real klutzes, but feel sorry for the crab. Dianne
Don’t worry, the crab made it safely to the water.
The photos are wonderful. That Bella sure knows how to have fun, and so do you two!
Those two dogs at the beach are enough laughs for a lifetime. I’m already bemoaning when the cold weather will cut down on our walks.
Oh so funny! And very impressive that you remembered all that vocabulary from 6th grade when we had square dancing in gym class!
Aha! You remember that do you. Why am I not surprised? There’s no way I’m ever going to get away with untruths about my elementary school days with you on the case!
P.S. Happy Anniversary! You’re still ahead of us.
ah as I see from comment above…, her name is Bella….what a beauty she is and so clever t be able to dance with a crab. I expect the crab’s mom thinks it is beutiful too and I am sure it is but give me a cutie doggy anytime…..Loved it I sang it to the music
sorry about spelling mistakes
You must have been a square dancer in your past. And no prublem on the spelling.
Way to go, Patty! Those are fabulous pictures! It is so difficult to capture photos of crabs because they move so fast. And Bella is precious!
Thank goodness for speed shot digital cameras these days.
