Oh yes I remember, I had to take soluble painkillers in order to be able to take my antibiotics… Taking the painkillers used to take about an hour. Awful.
Oh, it’s OK if I have you sign a release form authorizing me to discuss this issue with your insurance company, as long as you provide a time limit on the release and a description of specifically what PHI (protected health information) may be shared. I’m not even kidding.

I have had a raging case myself. Even swallowing water was painful. Sorry to resurrect this horrible memory for you.
