Very true, although I have noticed that if you harbour calories, fat is more than happy to join them. Possibly off the point, for which I apologise, but I’ve just tucked into a bowl of chicken stir-fry prepared by her ladyship, which has both made me happy, and is likely to leave a permanent reminder of its passing on my waistline.
Happiness is blind to caloric content….the bathroom scales….another matter.
