I’ve decided enough is enough. I’m tired of my lack of posts on this blog and damn it, I’m going to do something about it. Hence this new category…..Limericks.

My goal is to post 3 or 4 times a week, if not more. Using current events, news, sports, entertainment, culture and what ever else comes in to my warped mind, I will post my take in Limerick form.

I see two advantages, one for me and one for you. I will not struggle to post as much and you will not spend as much of your valuable time reading through the pap I call my blog.

Of course, if I do get a brainstorm that requires greater prose I will continue to write a full article. But judging from these last several months, you shouldn’t be subjected to that very often.

Oh, and feel free to comment in limerick form. It’s quite fun.

For my first entry:

Get both of your shots, I was tasked

So I did what the government asked

Then “Delta” came round

And again I’ll be bound

To go out uncomfortably masked.

I wish they would make up their mind

As I’m starting to feel disinclined

To follow a doctor

Who’s more like a proctor

He’s turned our lives into a grind.

If immunity comes to the masses

And this fiasco finally passes

History will show

What we already know

That the government’s full of dumbasses.
